Hello!

I originally sent an email inquiry to the customer service, but haven't received a reply as of yet. The order has been "pending" since I submitted it in October 22. Any information regarding the status?

Hello Jari,

The order is pending because it is waiting for one of the items to get to us from the supplier. There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when the order is placed. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page like, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." This indicates that we have to get it from a supplier and is our estimate for how long it may take to get to us. As soon as it gets to us we will get it on its way to you.

I looked through our inbox and I cannot find an email from you. Could you have sent it from an email address that is different from the one attached to your account?

thank you for the swift answer! This puts my mind at ease. The email has indeed been sent from a different email account, though unintentionally. Linked gmail accounts messed up the sender. Sorry about that, and thanks again!
