Twice now I have tried to buy the Pathfinder Pawns Boxes 3, 5, and 6. The first time, my bank was charged, but no order appeared. I sent customer service an email and you refunded the money, no harm done. Today, I tried ordering again. This time, I was charged twice, and still no order showed up.
I'm frustrated. I love Paizo both for their products and their ethos, and I want to support them with my business. However, if I can't order off their online marketplace, I don't know how to do that.
Any help or insight as to what's going on would be greatly appreciated. I really want to support you guys.

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. Your card is being declined by our credit card processing system because it is not passing the address verification check. This means that there is something different between the billing address that is listed for your card on our site compared to what your bank has on file for you, so our card processor is declining it for security reasons. These are just temporary authorizations that will expire from your account. More details about our billing process can be found here. Before trying again, please double check that the billing name and address on your Paizo.com account exactly matches the billing address on file with your bank.
