Sidecart discrepancy

After my August subscription order was authorized, the description of my sidecart on the My Account page read as follows:

"You have 18 items waiting to be shipped with the earliest possible subscription shipment:

Starfinder Starship Combat Reference Cards
Starfinder Alien Character Deck
Pathfinder Lost Omens: Ancestry Guide"

What happened to the other 15 items?

I would understand if you determined that these items would never be in stock and removed them from my sidecart, but in that case shouldn't the count of sidecart items been decremented?

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. Our system determined that we are not able to get these products, and I have gone ahead and cancelled them from your sidecart. I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused!
