I wound up on the pathfinder part of Nethys by accident and the technological items there got me thinking several of them don't have analogs in starfinder but would be useful especially some artifacts e.g. autodoc, power generators and the like. So it got me wondering would it be an issue to just bring them over? For example include the autodoc in hospitals or starship medbays (giving a benefit they dont currently have over med kits) or making portable power generators still large and bulky but able to be moved reasonably easily and only giving 10% of the larger units, neither able to supply the requirements of a starship but useful in smaller situations?
I can see it now
Full scale (city/starship) are the ones we have in starfinder large and massive power output.
Mid-scale pathfinder ones to power say a worksite or small compound are the ones we get on worskites now requiring vehicle aid to move

Small generators something enough for a person to carry say 3 to 5 bulk can be used in a camp give 10% of a midscale (5 to 100 charges per hour depending on tech) https://outbax.com.au/3-5-kw-silent-inverter-generator?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwJ vQxP2W6wIVR6WWCh13QwesEAQYASABEgIE8_D_BwEgenerate

Honestly, most of that is just filling in what the setting description seems to assume is the case, anyway. There is just a disjoint because a bunch of players falsely assume that everything in the setting must be built out of the rules used to describe PC equipment.
