Any idea when Agents of Edgewatch will be sanctioned and chronicles made availible?

That is pretty much it....

Dark Archive 4/5 5/55/5 ****

Extinction Curse hasn't been sanctioned yet and is fully published. At least so far, sanctioning of Pathfinder APs has not occurred until after the entire AP is published. Following this pattern, sanctioning wouldn't be expected for at least 5-6 months. It's entirely possible sanctioning might occur earlier.

Although, they're often retroactively sanctioned (as in, if you played it already, you get the Chronicles when they're available).

This is what I was hoping someone would say! I plan to run Edgewater after I complete Plaguestone in a PFS based campaign arc. Too bad it takes so long, though. Since these are PFS characters I cannot give them credit for their XP. That is a wrinkle in my nefarious plans...

1 person marked this as a favorite.

The characters being played are technically not PFS characters. Just a poor-man clone of one! :)

You get 1 level of XP/Fame per book played out of sanctioned APs, so your campaign characters will end the campaign at level 20, but they will only get up to 7th level characters out of it for PFS, assuming they apply it all to 1 character.

If I am remembering correctly, it isn't always entirely retroactive. I believe on AoA you could get society credit permitting you had not concluded the entire AP, and had at least one session left at the time of sanctioning.
