Extinction Curse hasn't been sanctioned yet and is fully published. At least so far, sanctioning of Pathfinder APs has not occurred until after the entire AP is published. Following this pattern, sanctioning wouldn't be expected for at least 5-6 months. It's entirely possible sanctioning might occur earlier.

Although, they're often retroactively sanctioned (as in, if you played it already, you get the Chronicles when they're available).
This is what I was hoping someone would say! I plan to run Edgewater after I complete Plaguestone in a PFS based campaign arc. Too bad it takes so long, though. Since these are PFS characters I cannot give them credit for their XP. That is a wrinkle in my nefarious plans...

If I am remembering correctly, it isn't always entirely retroactive. I believe on AoA you could get society credit permitting you had not concluded the entire AP, and had at least one session left at the time of sanctioning.
