Hello,

I am new to Paizo subscriptions. I go to my subscription page but I do not see a way to cancel a subscription or put it on hold. How is this done?


The only way to cancel or suspend a subscription is through Customer Service: either a new thread in this forum or an email. Unfortunately, they're way behind right now. Whenever they're allowed back in the office, the phone has historically been the quickest way to get your issue resolved if it's time-sensitive.

Allowing customers to cancel their own subscriptions is on the list of wanted improvements to the site, but it has not yet been implemented.
