Converting Pantheons from 5E

Hey so I'm thinking of switching the setting I created for 5E to Pathfinder 2E and the only thing fully stopping me from doing so is not knowing the proper conversion for some of the deities and the benefits that Champions and Clerics would benefit from the deities present in my world such as the Raven Queen, Kelemvor, Iuon, Bahamut and Tiamat. If anyone has any ideas that could help would be greatly appreciated.

Raven Queen = Pharasma (though Erecura is actually a surprisingly good fit as well)

Kelemvor = Pharasma with a bastard sword

Ioun = Nethys

Bahamut = Apsu

Tiamat = Dahak

There's obviously some minor differences between these, but 5E deities are mechanically light enough in their imprint that just using their Golarion counterpart with some on the fly changes like swapping out favored weapons is much easier than it might seem at first glance.
