Hi there, I placed an order for the Advanced Player's Guide PDF for Pathfinder 2, but after showing it was declined, I attempted to resubmit the order. The order still showed as declined a second time, but both charges have been posted to my bank account. Can you please refund one of the charges, and then provide the PDF? Thanks.
