Can you address when yo get a chance?

For a long time, I have not received emails regarding updates to digital assets. I do recive other emails from Paizo.

Try going to this page and checking or unchecking boxes as appropriate in the Privacy Settings section at the bottom of the left column. If the Digital Content Updates box is unchecked, checking it and then clicking on "Save Changes" will take care of the problem.

But I have noticed that quite a few publishers have made changes to PDFs without sending out any e-mail about it, so I would not count on such e-mails to inform you of such changes. Lately, that seems to be more the rule than the exception.

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through a backlog of messages. Could you let me know which specific digital assets you did not receive notification for when they updated?

Hi Joan, unfortunately I can’t say which assets for sure because I have not received any update notifications at all for 2-3 years now.
One recent update I know for sure I didnt get was for the Starfinder Core Rulebook.

Hmm this does seem peculiar. Have you tried checking your junk or spam folders? Our records indicate that we have been sending digital asset update emails fairly regularly to the email registered under your account. Specifically, we sent an email about the updated Starfinder Core Rulebook on August 5 at 2:03pm.

Hi Joan,

Yeah I've checked Junk/Spam folders. I'm in IT, so I am a little Savvy about this kind of thing. It is strange, because I do get other messages from Paizo (product release announcements, newsletters, Store receipts, etc.). I did think of another couple of examples though - Even one from today!

1. No notifications when Map products were recently updated with images

2. Advanced Player's Guide Character Sheet Pack was updated today, but I did not get an email.

Thanks for your help with this. I've been living with it for a while, so no rush! It's just weird...
