The tracking link included in my confirmation email has never worked. When I check my order history it says that it was completed. I haven't recieved anything. I have no actual tracking number to use for the postal service website.
At this point I'm out $31 and some change with nothing to show for it. Either I need a functioning tracking number or for or order to be refunded.

Our records indicate that after being accepted by your local post office on July 18, the package was delivered on August 14. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your order!
