Unable to purchase APG but still charged for it

Good morning,

When I tried to purchase a digital version of the APG, I wasn't able to finish the transaction as it said the payment was declined. However, when I looked at my bank, I was charged for the purchase.

I am having the same issue. I have been charged multiple times and still haven't received the product in my downloads. Very frustrating!

Hi Anrahan (and HallowedError and rdavis90),

It looks these were address verification failures, which means the address provided on paizo.com did not match the address your bank has on file. This can sometimes happen if you bank has not yet updated the address for your payment from a recent move, or if there are discrepancies in capitalization in the addresses. Your bank will put the funds on hold in anticipation of a charge, but our system will is not able to settle charges as a security measure. The authorizations should be reversed now, but please double check the billing address your bank has on file before attempting your orders again. Thanks for your patience!
