Good day. Today I tried to purchase PDF version of Advanced Players Guide for PF2. First attempt gave error on checkout, but second was successful.

Problem is, when I checked my bank account, purchase was made twice.
Can you help me with that and what data do I need to provide to verify?

Usually it's because the address you put in for Paizo doesn't match exactly with the info the bank has, so enter in EXACTLY what it says on your bank account or card and you should be good.

Those charges will disappear, they're basically handshakes between Paizo and your bank.
