There was an issue with the payment method. I updated it once, but obviously it did not stick. I tried again. The new payment seems like it works. The orders now have pending. When I go to the download section the PDF are not there. When I go to the cart to add one, the system says I purchased the books already.
My question is, are these orders now paid and I am simply waiting for them to be shipped and then I will gain access to the PDF's or is there something else I need to do.

Thank you for your patience as we have had a large influx of messages. PDFs are granted for subscription orders once the order has shipped from our warehouse. At that time, you can expect to see an email indicating that your order has shipped. Thanks again for your patience!
