Subscription PDF question

Hello, I heard somewhere that if your subscription does not ship before the official release date of a product you will get access to the PDF on the release date.
I've seen a few people claim this, but haven't been able to find an actual confirmation by Paizo. I figure this is the best place to ask. Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much for your patience as we have had a large influx of messages. While we do not guarantee that PDFs will be granted for orders shipping after the release date for products, on occasion we will grant PDFs for subscribers whose orders do not ship by the release date. You can keep track of any updated to subscription order timelines in the monthly subscription threads stickied at the top of the Customer Service forum. If you are missing any subscription orders, let me know and I would be happy to assist!

From my experience, I've seen them do it for everyone on two occasions, for very important releases, like for the APG releasing at GenCon. But they do it for everyone only on rare occasions, and only when there's LOT of people have delays in shipping. They also have to do it manually. So far from a guarantee.
