Order 23883419 and 30613113 - Cancel SE Rulebook and Adventure Path Subscriptions

I started two subscriptions:

SE Core Books

Adventure Path

The Adventure Path was selected to start with Agents of Edgewatch book 1 and was put in my sidecart after I had started the SE Rulebooks subscription.

The Adventure Path has been moved off of the original order and placed into an order with the second AoE book. I had every intent, and believe I followed the process, to have the first AoE book shipped as soon as possible, with the SE APG.

Since this does not appear to be the case, I request a cancellation of both my SE Rulebook and Adventure Path subscriptions.

This process is confusing at best, however I sincerely appreciate your assistance and understand that the process is outside of your control.

Again, I request a cancellation of both the SE Rulebook subscription and the Adventure Path subscription. I will simply purchase the PDFs I am interested in on release date.

It looks like the SE rulebook got sent out before the cancelation. I hope this is okay. If not, please let us know if we can help you process a return. It certainly looks like we had a technical issue holding up the Agents of Edgewatch books. I have canceled teh two subscriptions and you will not be charged or ship the pending volumes. You should be good to get the PDFs if that is your plan now.
