Pathfinder & Starfinder APs shipping separately

Again this month my PF and SF APs have shipped in separate packages for no apparent reason. This doubles my S&H costs with no benefit to me.

This has happened 4 of the last 6 months. I caught it last month, complained in the shipping thread, and it was stealth fixed with no explanation. I appreciate that it was fixed, but I'd like to get this addressed such that I don't have to check every month.

Paizo's shipping has been reliable for me for the past 13 years and I'd like to see that reliability return.

Hi Skeld,

Thanks so much for your patience and I apologize that you've had your books ship separately. This was a known issue that our team has been working on fixing. Some folks may see their order generate shipping in two packages, but have their books end up shipping in one. I went ahead and checked your order as soon as our auth finished for August and it looks like everything is back to standard. Moving forward, I'll keep an eye on your account to make sure your orders are shipping as expected however I anticipate that we shouldn't see your APs ship separately.

Thanks. I've been keeping an eye on it and everything looks ok for now. Just to be clear, I've had a few months lately (2020, go figure) where I did have two separate packages.

The auth for Order 36291241 is showing that it's shipping in 2 packages. I would prefer that it ship in one so that I'm not paying double for shipping. Again..
