Cannot proceed through Checkout.

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase the Pathfinder Adventure PDF for Age of Ashes 1-6. I get through to the end of checkout after selecting my payment method but there is no option for me to proceed or submit the order.
Am I doing something wrong?
