HB Pathfinder 2ed Order not been placed.

Hi this is the 4th post that i write about my problem and still not have any response from costumer service (also sent emails, calls, etc.) Problem is that i bought the Humble Bundle Physical Core Rulebook for Pathfinder 2ed, i did all the correct steps but when i pressed the place order nothing happened so i pressed it a few times and i had my credit card 4 pending charges for the shipping cost. i waited for the pending for be removed and tried again and the same result. Also i haven't received any email confirmation about if the order was placed and also i cannot see it in the orders history. what is happening? Need help asap or know what is going to happen, or if i can get a full refund of whole bundle? It has been more than 1 week that im trying thanks.

I was able to put the order. Basically i waited for the charges to be removed from the credit card and the ised the same credit card to make the order again. At least it worked now.
