Cannot start a Rule book Subscription.

I think canceled Order 22013608 is keeping me from starting a Rule book Subscription. I wanted to start With the Bestiary 2. every time I try it deletes the order.


I sent a email, but I thought this would be faster. Sorry for the double request. I am trying to get this fixed before I loose the free PDF with the subscription.

I can see that order 22013608 is currently pending. Since it looks like this order is stuck in our system, I can go ahead and push this through directly to our warehouse for shipment. Would you also like the Advanced Player's Guide shipped out at the same time?
