Shipping Price e-shop vs HumbleBundle code

Hello,
i have little question. Can you pleas tell me why buying book from your shop directly has shipping price to Czech republic 26.5 dollars and buying book through HumbleBundle code has shipping 58.14 dollars? Where is the difference? Time is same, address is same... but price is doubled? Can you please give me 1 legitimate reason why? I realy want this book, thats why i bought it. But Shipping twice the price then normal is realy wierd. It almost looks like someone is trying to balance the price of a Humblebundle.

I also wanted to get more things within one shipping, is it possible to combine HumbleBundle book order with orders from eshop?

I really hope for some reasonable answer.

Thanks so much for your patience as we've received a large influx of messages. The difference in shipping between the Core Rulebook and Advanced Player's guide is due to the large size and weight of the Core Rulebook.

The cost we charge for shipping is what we pay to ship your books plus a small handling fee to cover shipping materials. If you'd like to combine other books with your Core Rulebook, just let me know what you'd like to add and I would be happy to set up an order for you.
