Multiple Charges On Physical Order From Humble Bundle, And No Order Number

While trying to get your pay portal to accept any charge for the humble bundle physical shipping, it charged me 10 times. Can I have this corrected? Can I also have confirmation it is actually shipping to me? I never had it say it was actually coming to me, so I have no order number. Please help.

Hi Im having the same problem i bout the Humble Bundle Physical Core Rulebook for Pathfinder 2ed, i did all the correct steps but when i pressed the place order nothing happened so i pressed it a few times and now i have in my credit card 4 pending charges for the shipping cost. Also as the ppost above i havent recived any email confirmation about if the order was placed and also i cannot see it in the orders history. what is happening? Need help asap or know what is going to happen. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. The initial seven charges were cancelled, so that's great, but I can't get the order to actually place. I get a loading symbol and then nothing happens and it prompts me to place the order again. Can we get an extension on the deadline to redeem this or a quick response on what's going on?

All 10 were removed for me, and I reordered and actually got a confirmation email this time. If anyone else in the thread had the same thing happen, check your banking info, and if they're all gone try again. They're probably just flooded right now.
