i hope you can help me i need the Deep cuts Unpainted Miniatures wild boar figure that is on backorder removed from this order if possible so that the rest can be shipped to me ive been waiting nearly 2 months for my order i tried to call your customer service line about this but forgot that your offices might be closed because of the pandemic which is currently going on i do hope that you can help me to resolve this issue ^^
