I received a pending notice for my monthly subscription order on June 4th and I still haven't received a shipping email or the PDFs in my digital assets. I sent an email last week asking for a status and heard nothing back, so I'm trying here.


Replying to this to bounce it for attention from someone. It has now been nearly six weeks since my June subscriptions were made "pending", two weeks since I emailed customer service, and a week since I posted on this forum.

Can someone in customer service give me any kind of update whatsoever?

I'm so sorry your June subscription order did not ship. Our warehouse folks will be shipping out your order tomorrow and I have waived the shipping and handling for you. Thank you for your patience!


Hi Joan, thank you very much, I appreciate it. Since my July subscription has already spawned, if it's easier/cheaper for you, feel free to send it all together to get two birds/one stone done, whether I need to pay the shipping or not.
