I placed an order on June 8, 2020 for three physical books. As of Monday, June 22, 200, they have been noted as shipped, but the tracking link does not load. Has the package not actually been shipped?

The order was shipped out on June 22. The tracking number is correct. The UPS Mail Innovations website was down for a while which meant folks could not track their packages. Did you receive this order?
