PDF Download Unavailable

I'm posting this here in the hopes it will get more traction than my previous attempts at emailing customer service.
I placed an order for the Pathfinder 2e Bestiary 2 pdf and shows the order was processed but I am unable to download it, it is not in my available download list. Anyone know a better way to get this resolved?

I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. I purchased the Bestiary 2 for Pathfinder RPG 2nd edition 2 months ago and it still hasn't shown up in my Downloads. Please help.

I do see the PDF on your account and it looks like you downloaded it. So it seems like this was resolved.

Hello Kalis,

The PDF was not submitted, that is why you couldn't see it. I have gone ahead and submitted it for you. You should be able to see it on your My Downloads page now.
