i made an error on my order last night. I have emailed and left a message with yall now. Was going to follow your guidelines and not post here also but..... Im not getting a response and my order is showing its completed and the order hasn't been fixed. Your system limits our ability to modify orders once placed, and with how yall have your customer support set up. There seems to be a slow response time. I really dont want to have 2 copies of a book and then have to pay for the next book still. Please respond asap. Id put order number but idk if that info i should not post.

It looks like the Rulebook subscription issue got sorted prior to shipping. The only outstanding thing I noticed was that your volume of the Slithering didn't ship with the other items, so I have pushed this to ship with complimentary shipping. I don't see two copies of the book headed your direction, but if you have any ongoing questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
