Also, last month I was sent TWO Chase Card decks when I ordered and was charged for TWO Condition Card decks.

I sent an email about this on May 22, but have not received a response back. I am aware that customer service is over a month behind on email responses and isn’t taking customer service calls at this time.

Please send the TWO Condition Card decks that I ordered and paid for WITHOUT charging me again.
