Refund issues

Greetings,

I was recently contacted by customer service in response to an issue I had when signing up for an Adventure Path subscription. The customer service representative told me I'd be issued a refund for books 5 and 6 of Extinction Curse. The refund for book 6 was issued, but I still have yet to be credited back to my debit card for book 5.

Both books are showing 'Returned' on my order history on 6/17 but only one charge of $23.09 has been credited back to my payment card. I'm also showing a credit of $7.79 on my account, but that doesn't seem to add up t the cost of both books.
