GM question, re: Malfeshnekor (spoilers)

My party just cleared the camp in the thistles and will be headed to the stockade next. I'm thinking of teasing them by having Malfeshnekor send images/thoughts to the CN Tiefling Brawler, recognizing her heritage. Anyone ever done this? Any thoughts, cautions, or suggestions?

Unless your tiefling is specifically connected to Lamashtu, I'd only go with images or empathic communication, no direct speech. Images of the prison and sidhedron, and perhaps of those who imprisoned him.
