Valid Payment Method

Like another poster here (also from Australia), I have attempted to place an order three times over the past couple of weeks. The latest version of the order was :

Core Rules 2ed pdf
Ultimate Intrigue pdf

(the initial order was just the Core Rules 2nd edition -- I only want one copy of this).

Both times I have attempted, including putting in my credit card details
it says that it does not have a valid payment method.

Is manual processing required for orders from Australia?

As far as I can see, no deduction has been made from my credit card.

Can you please check to see if the order was placed and is still awaiting processing?
Yes -- I have posted this question before. You indicated I should try running my browser in incognito mode, and that I should email you if that did not work. It didn't and I did (respectively).
