Missing Against The Aeon Throne "The Reach Of Empire" PDF download

I recently ordered all three of the "Against The Aeon Throne" books for use in my roll20 campaign. While I did recieve PDF copies through you in my digital section for #8 and #9, I did not get access to #7 "The Reach Of Empire". I was just wondering if this might be some sort of glitch, or does this module not come with the free PDF.
