Easiest city-based AP to adapt to a Kingmaker City

Scarab Sages

So, as I start to wrap up my Kingmaker campaign, I was wondering if there was a city-based AP that would be easy enough to adapt to a city built by the PCs in Kingmaker, so the players can play out their next campaign in the city/kingdom they created.

Giantslayer starts in a small town that gets attacked by orcs and then the PCs leave after stopping the initial assault. There's multiple cut off points in it if you don't want to relocate the entire AP.

It would require a bit of conversion, but there's the Shackled City AP from back in the 3.5 days. Takes place entirely in a city and its surroundings.

Depending on how you feel about long time skips, Curse of the Crimson Throne could have a few decades passed and now the PCs Kingdom has decayed and fallen into nefarious hands. This one might upset PCs more or be infeasible if any of them became immortal.

Emerald Spire Superdungeon just needs a city nearby.
