problem with buying pdfs

hello i sen an email too but as i see the current situation i thought to write here as well.this is the issue:
I tried to buy some pdfs it seemed like it didn't work. I tried multiple times since the rejection after and it was rejected each time. That was yesterday. Today i was ready to buy them through a friend of mine but i noticed that the account of the card had been charged. I logged into my account but the cart still holds the products, nothing exists in my downloads and no email have been sent to me from you. I need those pdfs for my campaign at sunday. please if you can clarify the situation and or fix my account's downloads (if the transaction has been happened).

Hello AtmaManeesh,

I do not currently see these products in a cart, so I believe you have removed them at this time. None of the current information on the account indicated why the card may have been rejected. The most common reason we see is due to the billing address on the card not matching the billing address we receive when the card processor contacts your bank.
