Problem updating payment method

Hello,

So I have received an e-mail from customer service asking for me to update my payment method. My current payment method is expired, and I have updated by adding a new payment method. I wasn't able to update my current payment method due to it not allowing me to re-type the new digit code on my card. It only allows me to change the expiration date to which doesn't help since my card has officially expired. However, after adding my new payment method, it didn't allow me to change my order to that payment method. Is there a way for you guys to change my order from using my expired payment method to my new one? I also attempted to delete my old payment method and didn't let me.

If you can help me ASAP, that would be great as the cancellation deadline is on June 11 and I don't want to lose my pre-orders.

I have updated the payment method for your order! We will always help you sort out your preorders without losing them, so don't worry about that. Your preorders should now process using the new card on file that has now been approved. Your Bestiary 2 book should ship out shortly now, and your Advanced Players Guide is changed over to the new card as well.

Hi Sam,

Thank you very much for updating me on my pre-order, however I was wondering about an additional pre-order I made along with those two books. It was the Games master book, also I have looked at my updated payment method and only one book has been moved to my new payment method which is the Advanced Players guide. I and wondering if I will be receiving the Game masters book as well?

Hi Sam,

I have received my Bestiary 2 special edition, however, I have yet to receive the Advanced player's guide and I went and checked my order history and it has not been confirmed to be packaged and shipped yet. Is there a time frame I can acquire from you to expect the delivery from Paizo? As I looked at the estimated time of delivery, but I do not believe it to be accurate at such times.
