Received an email about updating my privacy settings. What is this? Is it from Paizo? If so, why is it being sent?

I would be suspicious of such an e-mail and take precautions.

First off -- if there is any link in the e-mail, don't click on it.

Don't act at all if you cannot confirm that the sender is a legitimate paizo.com e-mail address.

If it does seem legit, go to your Account Settings via this site and check things out that way.

I recall getting such an e-mail a few years ago, when Paizo altered the settings for reasons that I cannot recall.
