Good afternoon.

I see this order was mailed on the 19th of May. It does not appear that my sidecart items were sent with it, as I had anticipated. This delays 4 books I ordered, and also brought me below the $100 point, which lead to my losing out on the first $10 free shipping promotions.

Sidecarted items get added into subscription orders at the time that they are generated, so any items added after order creation each month need to be added by Customer Service manually. Since this can be a bit confusing for new subscribers, I have gone ahead and generated your sidecart order with complimentary shipping and a 10 credit applied to the order. Thank you very much for explaining the issue for me. I was under the impression that sidecarted items went out on the next subscription shipment, regardless of when the order was placed. I appreciate your clearing up my misunderstanding and for going above and beyond to get me my books and help me out here.


I do have one further question. In my account it shows that I have Paizo Advantage, and the discount shows up on my subscription orders. However, anytime I place other items in my cart there is no discount present. I’m not checking with sale items, but I’ve tried it with more than a few PDFs and physical books.

Paizo advantage does not work for 3rd party products, so you'll only see the discount added to Paizo products. Looking at your account it does appear that Paizo Advantage is applying to Paizo items but if you are not seeing this, please let me know and our team will investigate further.
