Attempting to place an order -- need valid payment method error

Hi,

Like another poster here (also from Australia), I have attempted to place an order twice over the past couple of weeks. The latest version of the order was :

Core Rules 2ed pdf
Ultimate Intrigue pdf

(the initial order was just the Core Rules 2nd edition -- I only want one copy of this).

Both times I have attempted, including putting in my credit card details
it says that it does not have a valid payment method.

Is manual processing required for orders from Australia?

As far as I can see, no deduction has been made from my credit card.

Can you please check to see if the order was placed and is still awaiting processing?

I thought maybe it was that I needed to use a different browser.
So I changed to using chrome -- and same thing.

Can't order. Same reason.

No, using an incognito mode browser window made no difference.

This is a ridiculous amount time to wait.

Enough isolated emails where you ask a question then do nothing when I proomptly answer.
