Unable to add Apartment #, Just received email that it has shipped

Hello,

I emailed (I understand you are under a lot of workload) May 18th about the address for a subscription - it wouldn't let me add the apartment number. With an estimation of 8+ business days I went ahead and put the order in thinking I would be able to get it edited before it shipped. Found out today I was wrong.

I'm hoping we can edit the end address. the order number is # 19273999.

Appreciate any further help - otherwise when the tracker works gonna hope I might be able to catch the shipper.

Once your order has shipped, we are not able to adjust the shipment address. If your package has not arrived within the shipment window, let me know and I would be happy to set up a replacement with the correct apartment number added in. Thanks for your patience!
