I placed this order 2 months ago and it is still set to pending. Is there any update on when it will ship?

I sent an email on 4/24 but never received a response....even though your daily update says that you've moved past emails from that date. At this point, I'd like to cancel my order and all ongoing subscriptions. I will just order from my LGS. Please contact me asap.
