Which abilities custom ghosts do inherit?

But what does that actually mean? For example, are ratial feats something that requires you to be alive? Or is there a trait that says that?

So would goblin ghost have it's 'goblin scuttle' or not?

Given that the example Ghosts are clearly Human, but don't have either the Human or Humanoid Traits, a Goblin Ghost would lose the Goblin Trait, which would make it ineligible for Goblin Ancestry Feats.
