Juggler Dedication archtype and Juggle feat

Hey folks,
Am playing in the Extinction Event campaign and have taken Juggler Dedication (mostly for the flavor for my Goblin Clown). This archtype grants the Juggle general feat. Is this in place of the next free General Feat slot (which is how Pathbuilder treats it) or is it a free feat? For example, I took this archtype at 2nd level, and Pathbuilder shows Juggle as my General Feat at 3rd level, somewhat to my surprise.

It's a free Feat that you get immediately.

I just tested it on Pathbuilder, and was not able to replicate your issue. It does not show it as my General Feat at 3rd.
