I need to cancel the two subscriptions that I have for Paizo products. However:
-- When I called on May 7, I was told that no one's answering the phone during the COVID-19 crisis..
-- So on May 7, I emailed the request, but have not received a reply. And now I see that more subscription products are being shipped to me.
-- Today, May 13, when I call customer service, the message is garbled, unintelligible.
So, what do I have to do to cancel my subscriptions??
