Hello, I have bought these two orders Order 18240057 and Order 16352760, and they still haven't arrived, could you send me the UM code that your post office puts on my packages please, to see if they have them in my post office and even I have not been notified.I have sent you from my email associated to this account an email from 30/04/2020 and you have not answered me, I expect an answer as soon as possible.

The Customer Service team is working from home during the pandemic. You can keep track of their progress in this thread. As of yesterday afternoon, they were up to emails received April 21st, so they wouldn't have gotten to yours yet.

Joana gave you some really solid information and resources there, so thank you Joana! We should be very soon nearing the May 4th emails in our backlog. Thank you for your patience! Not all packages have tracking information, and there have been shipping delays due to the current world situation, but we'll take at look a look into your specific situation and reply back to your email with what we can do!


Hi, I'm not asking for the tracking number because I know you don't have it, but when you send the package the post office puts a number on it (For example UM122526745US), even if I don't have tracking if I go with that number in my post office they can locate it for me.

Hello Sr_Perijil,

It looks like one of us got back to you through your email and set up a replacement for the missing package. Unfortunately, it seems as though we do not receive the UM number and this may be assigned once it reaches the post office. Since the number that is assigned to it at the post office is not reported back to us, we do not have it to pass on to you.

I am double checking with our warehouse to see if they have any way of knowing the UM number that I do not, and we will follow up with your email if we do. Thank you!
