I just received an email notifying me that this is shipping even though I specifically asked for it to be held two weeks ago.

The lack of customer service attention on this and several other customer service threads is extremely concerning.

I apologize we weren't able to get to your request in time due to our large backlog of messages. I have refunded the shipping costs for you since this was due to a delay in communication. If you would like the entire order returned, please refuse the package at the door or "return to sender" and we would be happy to issue a refund for the order.
