I have a goblin barbarian (giant) who just got to level 3, and now I have to choose a general feat and skill increase. The skill increase is easy, that'll be Intimidataion. But what do I pick for the general feat? I'm torn between Fleet, Toughness, or maybe an Intimidation skill feat? Any advice is appreciated.

Intimidating Prowess is good too, but is technically more situational since it requires physically menacing the target. Whether that will really come up in play is going to vary based on GM/campaign particulars.
Such as you'd be definitely able to use Intimidating Glare on a bear or a giant, but using Intimidating Prowess on either might not work because you might not be physically menacing to them given relative size.

Take Fleet. Toughness is great but it can wait till next time because three hit points isn't that big of a bonus.

That's what I was thinking.
