So the order states it was shipped on Apr 21 through USPS Priority Mail which should have shown on my Informed Delivery the same day or the next. It has been a week and I am still not showing any shipments to my address. Can we please confirm the shipment was actual sent to USPS?

I can confirm that your order was picked up by USPS, and it looks like today is the end of your 2-5 shipping day window for your order. If you have yet to receive your order by the end of the day today, please let me know and I can have a replacement set up for you.

Yeah I got the package in to include days worth of mail I was not notified on. This is the first time since I started using Informed Delivery years ago that anything has ever gotten to me that I did not get a notification for. I am assuming the service is being impacted by COVID-19.
