Hello,

On March 18th I ordered several physical books as well as a couple of digital ones. I have received the digital books but as of yet I have heard nothing on the physical ones. I understand there are delays because of the shut down so I am just looking for an update on the status of this and other orders. In my order history this order shows as complete and does not show what I ordered. This has happened on other orders as well, Order 19623796 placed on March 25th, and Order 20887330 placed on April 7th.

Sorry about the glitches with our site. I've gotten all of your orders reconstructed, and the items that haven't been shipped have been pushed to our warehouse so they can ship as soon as possible.

Thank you for your fixing these orders. I also have a subscription for the Pathfinder Adventure Path that I started with #152: Legacy of the Lost God (Extinction Curse 2 of 6) which I received. I have not received #153: Life’s Long Shadows (Extinction Curse 3 of 6) or #154: Siege of the Dinosaurs (Extinction Curse 4 of 6) as of yet. These do not show in my order history or on my subscription page. can you take a look at them as well to see if you can fix them?


It looks like my missing Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriptions have been fixed. They are now in the pending status. Thank you to everyone who helped with this issue.
