hello once again I'm asking why I was charged 5 times for an order that I never even received? I've sent 3 emails and now posted here again but no one is responding? I want my money back please?

You can see why there is a delay in responding in this thread. Customer Service will get to your first post (as they work from the bottom of the list to the top so they answer queries roughly in the order they're posted) or to your emails eventually, but they are currently dealing with emails from March 30th, and it looks like the last forum post they answered was from March 28th.

Franz Lunzer gave you an accurate answer in your first thread, however. The charge authorized without going through, so Paizo doesn't have your money; your bank will have to release the holds on your account. The reason is almost certainly because your order is failing the address verification check; Paizo's software is picky about the address on your account and the address on the payment method matching in order to avoid fraud.
