Looking at the order, the expected delivery date is April 14th. Once it leaves the US, we unfortunately do not know its status, and the delivery services may be delayed because of the current COVID-19 situation. If you don't receive it by the middle of April, let us know and we'll get to work on fixing it up.

Hi,
I decided to give it an extra couple of days, but it's now may 2nd and the order still hasn't arrived.
Is there really no way there is a tracking number or something that I can use to contact customs to see if they are holding it up?
On the same subject, order 18556095 also hasn't arrived yet, which was sent march 9th.

There is really no tracking information available for this shipping method going internationally. UPS is the only service which provides us tracking numbers for international orders. As Virginia mentioned, international orders can already have up to a 36 business day estimate to reach their destination. We are certainly receiving communication that Covid-19 is impacting the lives and jobs of postal workers, and restrictions across the world could impact your local situation.
As we are already past the estimation for both of your orders, I am going to set up a replacement for your missing packages in your next subscription shipment. Thank you for your patience giving the original further time to arrive. Keep an eye out for the original however, as if it arrives it could give us a good idea about how long delays are.

If you receive double replacements, that's our mistake and feel free to hang onto them. Alternatively you can write "return to sender" on the second one that arrives and put it back into the post for it to come back to us. We typically check for an already made replacement before we make a new one when we process returns, but mistakes happen!

Hi Sam,
I received part of the original replacement and part of the second replacement today.
I've received book 1, book 2 and the skittermander from the first replacement, but without the regular subscription book 4 that was shipped alongside it.
From the second replacement I received book 1, which is very fortunate because the first replacement was really badly handled and book 1 has a bend in it, and would be missing the replacement skittermander and book 5 as regular.

As for dates: replacement 1 was shipped may 11th, and replacement 2 was shipped june 9th.
Still on its way would then be book 4 from may 11th, skittermander and book 5 from june 9th.
So for now no actions needed, just wanted to update with the current state.

And book 2 from order 18556095 arrived. This one also in a damaged state, but the replacement that arrived yesterday was in a good condition.
