- I made this order Order 16352760 on February 21 and when two weeks passed I sent you an email because the money appeared and the order did not come out, you can review it in the emails sent from this email address, so I asked for another I asked for Order 18240057 and this second if they charged me and now they are charging me the first one again which I don't want anymore.
They could cancel the order Order 16352760 and send me the order Order 18240057.
I hope you respond to me with the utmost urgency because the first order that I do not want is about to be sent.
